Privacy notice
Short version: no cookies, no analytics, no forms.
This notice explains what happens to your data when you use London Stations Guide (londonstations.co.uk). Last updated 24 October 2026.
Who we are
The site is owned and run by Web Designer Limited (company number 15002899, registered in England and Wales; registered office: 119a Flat 2 Uxbridge Road, London W7 3ST). Web Designer Limited is the data controller. Email: [email protected].
Web Designer Limited is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), registration number ZC283618.
We do not publish a phone number for the site operator. Official emergency, NHS and TfL helplines may appear on safety pages only where they are the public body's own numbers.
What we collect
- No cookies, analytics, adverts or tracking. We don't set cookies and we don't use analytics or advertising tools.
- No forms or accounts. The site has no sign-up, comments or contact form.
- "Stations near me" uses your location inside your browser only, if you allow it. Your location is not sent to us.
- Email. If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply to you.
Lawful bases
We process emails you send us under Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR (steps toward responding to you) or Article 6(1)(f) (legitimate interests in running this guide). Cloudflare processes technical request data under Article 6(1)(f) to deliver and protect the site. We do not run a contact form and we do not share your details with other businesses for introductions or marketing.
Other services involved
- Hosting: the site runs on Cloudflare, which processes basic request data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and protect the site. There is no form provider.
- Map tiles: maps load tiles from OpenStreetMap's servers, which see your IP address as with any website. See the OSMF privacy policy.
- Live status: fetched by our server from TfL, so your browser does not contact TfL directly.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to processing where the law allows. Email [email protected]. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
